About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Orthopedics, you will play a crucial role in providing clinical care to patients with musculoskeletal injuries and disorders.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide clinical care to patients with musculoskeletal injuries, deformities, and disorders under consultant supervision. - Assist in elective and emergency orthopaedic surgeries, including fracture fixation and joint replacement. - Conduct OPD, IPD, and trauma rounds, evaluating patient progress and treatment plans. - Perform procedures like casting, traction, and joint aspirations under supervision. - Participate in academic teaching, case discussions, and departmental seminars. - Maintain accurate medical records, operative notes, and patient documentation. - Support research projects, clinical audits, and publications in orthopaedics. - Monitor patient rehabilitation, physiotherapy, and post-operative care.
