About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Emergency Medicine, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality clinical care to patients in the emergency department.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide clinical care to patients in the emergency department under faculty supervision. - Assist in triage, diagnosis, and management of emergency and trauma cases. - Perform emergency procedures such as airway management, resuscitation, and wound care. - Participate in bedside teaching and case discussions with students and junior doctors. - Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care. - Assist in clinical research, audits, and quality improvement initiatives. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for effective patient management. - Adhere to emergency care protocols, ethical practices, and institutional guidelines. - Participate in departmental academic activities, CMEs, and workshops.
