About the Role: As a Physiotherapist in Homecare, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and improving the physical health of patients in their own homes.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Evaluate patients to assess their physical condition, movement patterns, and range of motion.
- Perform physical exams and identify any functional impairments, pain, or limitations.
- Create individualized treatment plans based on the diagnosis and specific needs of the patient.
