Join Our Team at Fortis Hospital, Gurugram: We are seeking a dedicated Senior Resident in Radiology to enhance our patient care and clinical services.
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Perform independently or assist in procedures as per the clinical privileges authorized.
- Treat and manage inpatients.
- Maintain a patient log book and records.
- Monitor daily outdating and review all use as needed, discussing problems with the consultant.
- Assist with the review of patient's medical records as part of quality assurance studies and gather data for these studies.
- Actively participate in presentations of CMEs and Journal clubs, assisting the consultant.
- Complete patient history forms, visit patients, and review medical records to obtain relevant clinical information for inclusion in reports.
- Assist the Consultant with special material management requirements.
- Ensure quality performance of the department in all emergency cases, scheduling cases, and coordinating department activities.
- Coordinate inter and intra-departmental activities in research, camps, presentations, and referral replies to doctors.
- Serve as an in-house consultant for all emergency situations encountered in the hospital.
- Interact with patient attendants to brief them about current status, anticipated recovery, and any specific issues or problems.
- Supervise all nursing, paramedical, and non-medical staff of the department to maintain discipline and high standards of medical care as per standard operating procedures.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Relevant medical degree (MD).
- Strong clinical skills in Radiology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
