About the Role:
Join us as a Senior Pathologist, where you'll play an essential role in patient diagnostics.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Review and interpret pathology and laboratory test results.
- Examine blood, urine, tissue, and other clinical specimens.
- Validate and authorise laboratory reports.
- Correlate laboratory findings with relevant clinical information.
- Communicate critical or significant results to treating doctors.
- Ensure laboratory tests are performed according to established quality standards.
- Monitor quality control and help maintain accuracy and reliability of laboratory results.
- Supervise and guide laboratory technicians and other staff when required.
