About the Role:
As a Nursing Incharge, you will play a vital role in managing and supporting both normal and high-risk pregnancies, assisting consultants during labor, deliveries, C-sections, and gynecological procedures.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Monitor patients during labor and promptly identify complications requiring immediate interventions.
- Perform basic gynecological procedures as per your competencies and hospital protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records, case sheets, discharge summaries, and medical documentation.
- Coordinate with nursing staff, consultants, and other departments to ensure excellent patient care.
- Provide timely clinical support during emergency cases.
- Participate in rounds, clinical discussions, and departmental activities.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A BSc Nursing degree.
- 7 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
