About the Role: Join the dedicated team at SP Medifort Hospital as a Transplant Staff Nurse.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide specialized nursing care to organ transplant patients before and after transplantation.
- Monitor vital signs, fluid balance, urine output, and overall patient condition.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, immunosuppressants, and other treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patients for infection, organ rejection, bleeding, and other post-transplant complications.
- Assist doctors during transplant-related procedures and interventions.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care.
- Maintain strict infection-control and aseptic practices.
- Educate patients and attendants regarding medications, hygiene, diet, and post-transplant precautions.
- Maintain accurate nursing records, medication charts, and patient documentation.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- BSc Nursing degree and 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient care.
