About the Role:
Join our team as a Nursing Incharge, where you will play a crucial role in managing the care of patients.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist in managing normal and high-risk pregnancies.
- Support Consultants during labor, deliveries, cesarean sections, and gynecological procedures.
- Monitor patients during labor and identify complications requiring immediate intervention.
- Perform basic gynecological procedures as per competency and hospital protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records, case sheets, discharge summaries, and medical documentation.
- Coordinate with nursing staff, consultants, and other departments for optimal patient care.
- Attend emergency cases and provide timely clinical support.
- Participate in rounds, clinical discussions, and departmental activities.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A BSc in Nursing and relevant experience of 7 to 8 years.
