About the Role: We are hiring an Orthopedician to develop outpatient and inpatient orthopaedic services at our 100-bed hospital in Hardoi.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Evaluate and manage common musculoskeletal conditions, fracture and injury care, and conduct minor procedures.
- Perform orthopedic procedures and surgeries as required, providing pre-operative and post-operative care.
- Monitor patient recovery, conduct follow-up consultations, and prescribe medications and rehabilitation plans.
- Counsel patients regarding treatment options and preventive care, while maintaining accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
