About the Role:
Join our dedicated team at Nirmala Nursing Home as a General Surgeon and play a vital role in enhancing surgical services at our 100-bed facility in Hardoi.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Examine patients and diagnose surgical conditions.
- Plan and perform general surgical procedures.
- Conduct pre-operative and post-operative assessments.
- Monitor patients’ recovery and provide appropriate follow-up care.
- Manage surgical emergencies when required.
- Prescribe medications and recommend appropriate treatment.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Explain treatment procedures, risks, and recovery plans to patients and their families.
- Coordinate with physicians, anesthetists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
