About the Role:
Join Sterling Hospital as a Senior Registrar in the Intensive Care Unit, where your expertise will make a significant impact on patient care.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide round-the-clock care for critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Assess, diagnose, and manage life-threatening conditions such as sepsis, respiratory failure, cardiac arrest, and multi-organ dysfunction.
- Perform advanced airway management, intubation, ventilation management, and hemodynamic monitoring.
- Supervise and collaborate with junior residents, nurses, and paramedical staff.
- Monitor and interpret ECGs, arterial blood gases (ABG), and laboratory investigations to make timely clinical decisions.
- Administer critical medications, sedation, and vasopressors per ICU protocols.
- Assist in procedures such as central line insertion, arterial line placement, and chest tube insertion.
