- Conduct pre-operative evaluations and plan appropriate management strategies.
- Manage post-operative care, rehabilitation, and long-term follow-up of patients.
- Handle complex trauma cases and orthopaedic emergencies.
- Supervise residents, junior doctors, and orthopaedic staff.
