About the Role:
Join Pathfinders Global Private Limited as a Consultant Neurosurgery.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Plan and perform neurosurgical procedures based on clinical expertise and patient needs.
- Manage brain tumors, spinal disorders, traumatic brain injuries, hydrocephalus, and cerebrovascular conditions.
- Provide emergency neurosurgical care for critical conditions.
- Offer pre-operative and post-operative care, monitoring patients for complications.
- Collaborate with neurologists, radiologists, anesthetists, and intensivists.
- Counsel patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, risks, and expected outcomes.
- Participate in multidisciplinary discussions and treatment planning.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
