About the Role:
We’re Hiring a Functional Medicine Practitioner at MedFits. We’re looking for an MBBS doctor who’s genuinely interested in Functional Medicine and helping people improve their overall health.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assess underlying contributing factors related to chronic and lifestyle-associated health concerns.
- Review relevant laboratory investigations, diagnostic reports, and previous medical records.
- Develop individualized, evidence-informed health and wellness plans based on patient needs.
- Provide guidance on nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, and healthy lifestyle practices.
- Monitor patient progress and modify care plans based on clinical response and follow-up assessments.
- Coordinate with physicians, dietitians, psychologists, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals when required.
- Educate patients regarding preventive healthcare and long-term health management.
- Maintain accurate patient records, assessment notes, care plans, and follow-up documentation.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and follow applicable clinical, ethical, and safety standards.
