About the Role: Join Our team as a Sr. Resident in Ophthalmology at Mahabodhi Medical College & Hospital - Gaya, Bihar.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Teach Ophthalmology to undergraduate and postgraduate medical students through lectures, clinical postings, practical sessions, and case discussions.
- Conduct bedside/clinical teaching and demonstrate ophthalmic examination techniques and procedures.
- Guide students and residents in eye examination, diagnosis, treatment planning, and surgical decision-making.
- Manage patients with cataract, glaucoma, retinal disorders, corneal diseases, refractive errors, and other eye conditions.
- Perform and supervise ophthalmic surgeries and procedures as per specialization and institutional protocols.
- Conduct and evaluate internal assessments, practical examinations, and viva sessions.
- As per NMC Norms: Additional qualifications or criteria may be applicable.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- MS in General Surgery or equivalent.
- Teaching Knowledge, Good Communication Skills, Team Coordination, and experience in Cataract Surgery.
