About the Role:
Join Pathfinders Global Private Limited as a Consultant Geriatrician in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assess patients for falls, frailty, mobility issues, nutritional concerns, and cognitive impairment.
- Develop individualized treatment, rehabilitation, and long-term care plans.
- Coordinate care with specialists, physiotherapists, dietitians, nurses, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Manage acute illnesses and geriatric emergencies, providing appropriate stabilization.
- Counsel patients and caregivers regarding medication, nutrition, exercise, safety, and preventive healthcare.
- Provide regular follow-ups and monitor functional and clinical progress.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A qualification of MD in Geriatrics.
- Experience in managing geriatric patients.
- Strong decision-making, nutritional analysis, management, and communication skills.
