About the Role:
Join us at Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre (VIMS & RC) as a Senior Resident in General Surgery.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist consultants in general and emergency surgical procedures.
- Perform minor surgical procedures as per training and institutional protocols.
- Review and interpret laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic reports.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
- Monitor patients for surgical complications and initiate appropriate management.
- Manage surgical emergencies and assist in trauma care.
- Participate in ward rounds, case discussions, and multidisciplinary meetings.
- Maintain accurate patient records, operative notes, and clinical documentation.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- MS in General Surgery.
- Strong skills in medical documentation, decision-making, and emergency management.
- Experience in patient assessment.
