About the Role: Join Noida International Institute Of Medical Sciences (NIIMS) as a Sr. Resident - Nephrology, committed to enhancing patient care in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage patients requiring hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
- Review and interpret renal function tests, urine tests, blood reports, and imaging studies.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient response.
- Manage renal emergencies and kidney-related complications in critically ill patients.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis and manage dialysis-related complications.
- Coordinate with urologists, intensivists, surgeons, and other specialists when required.
- Counsel patients regarding kidney health, diet, medications, and lifestyle modifications.
- Provide regular follow-up and monitor disease progression.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
