What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform elective and emergency orthopedic surgeries, including trauma and joint procedures.
- Conduct pre-operative evaluations and plan appropriate surgical or conservative management.
- Manage post-operative care, rehabilitation, and long-term follow-up of patients.
- Handle complex trauma cases and orthopedic emergencies.
- Lead and supervise residents, junior doctors, and orthopedic staff.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A Master's in Orthopaedics (MS) and up to 5 years of experience.
- Strong team working, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
