About the Role:
Join Noida International Institute of Medical Sciences (NIIMS) as a Senior Resident in Microbiology, making a significant impact in the healthcare sector in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Teach Microbiology to undergraduate and postgraduate medical students through lectures, practicals, tutorials, and demonstrations.
- Conduct practical sessions in bacteriology, virology, mycology, parasitology, and immunology.
- Guide students in specimen processing, staining, culture, identification, and antimicrobial susceptibility testing.
- Provide clinical guidance on the interpretation of microbiological and laboratory findings.
- Conduct and evaluate internal assessments, practical examinations, and viva sessions.
- Guide postgraduate students in dissertations, research projects, and academic activities.
- Conduct research in Medical Microbiology and contribute to scientific publications.
- Support infection prevention and control, antimicrobial stewardship, and hospital infection surveillance activities.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- Strong skills in infection control, quality control, leadership, and communication.
