About the Role:
Join our team as a Senior Resident in Ophthalmology at the Noida International Institute of Medical Sciences (NIIMS), where you'll contribute to shaping the next generation of medical professionals.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Teach Ophthalmology to undergraduate and postgraduate medical students through lectures, clinical postings, practical sessions, and case discussions.
- Conduct bedside/clinical teaching and demonstrate ophthalmic examination techniques and procedures.
- Guide students and residents in eye examination, diagnosis, treatment planning, and surgical decision-making.
- Manage patients with cataract, glaucoma, retinal disorders, corneal diseases, refractive errors, and other eye conditions.
- Perform and supervise ophthalmic surgeries and procedures as per specialization and institutional protocols.
- Conduct and evaluate internal assessments, practical examinations, and viva sessions.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- Qualifications in MD Ophthalmology.
- Strong communication and teaching skills.
- Experience in cataract surgery and good coordination abilities.
