About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Surgical Oncologist to join our hospital team.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform operations to remove solid tumors, surrounding tissues, and affected lymph nodes.
- Conduct surgical biopsies (e.g., excisional, incisional, or needle-assisted) to diagnose, stage, and grade tumors.
- Utilize robotic, laparoscopic, or endoscopic techniques to remove tumors with faster recovery times.
- Perform procedures to relieve pain, clear blockages, or manage complications caused by advanced tumors.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- MBBS + MD/MS/MCh in the relevant Oncology specialty.
- Valid registration with the appropriate Medical Council.
- Relevant experience as an Oncologist / Consultant Oncologist preferred.
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and treatment-planning skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a multidisciplinary medical team.
