About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Community Medicine at Pathfinders Global Private Limited, you will contribute to enhancing healthcare delivery in both urban and rural settings.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Conduct field visits, community surveys, and outreach programs.
- Participate in national health program implementations, including immunization and maternal health initiatives.
- Plan and conduct health camps, awareness programs, and screenings.
- Perform epidemiological studies and data analysis.
- Support surveillance, reporting, and monitoring of diseases.
- Assist in preparing health reports and documentation.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- An MD in Community Medicine.
- Up to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
