About the Role:
Join Pathfinders Global Private Limited as a Sr. Resident in Community Medicine and contribute to our mission of enhancing public health.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Conduct field visits, community surveys, and outreach programs at urban and rural health centers.
- Participate in the implementation of national health programs (e.g., immunization, TB, maternal and child health).
- Plan and conduct health camps, awareness programs, and screening activities.
- Perform epidemiological studies, data collection, and analysis.
- Support surveillance, reporting, and monitoring of communicable and non-communicable diseases.
- Assist in the preparation of health reports, statistics, and documentation.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- An MD in Community Medicine and relevant work experience (0 to 5 years).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Effective time management skills and dedication to public health.
