What You'll Be Doing:
- Supervise and mentor junior endocrinologists, residents, and allied healthcare staff.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nephrology, cardiology, gynecology, and critical care.
- Manage endocrine emergencies such as diabetic ketoacidosis, thyroid storm, adrenal crises, and severe electrolyte imbalances.
- Ensure adherence to clinical guidelines, evidence-based protocols, and patient safety standards.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, patient counseling, and ethical compliance.
- Participate in clinical audits, research, teaching, and continuous medical education.
