About the Role:
Join us as a Gastroenterologist at Career Strides Consultancy in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide expert diagnosis, medical management, and endoscopic treatment for gastrointestinal disorders.
- Perform advanced endoscopic procedures including colonoscopy, ERCP, and gastroscopy.
- Lead multidisciplinary team discussions with surgeons, radiologists, and hepatologists.
- Supervise, mentor, and train junior doctors, residents, and medical students.
- Ensure patient safety, adherence to clinical protocols, and high-quality care.
- Develop and implement clinical guidelines, pathways, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Participate in research, publications, and academic teaching in gastroenterology.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- A DM in Gastroenterology.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to patient care.
