About the Role: Join Pathfinders Global Private Limited as a Senior Resident in General Surgery located in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Deliver lectures, clinical teaching, and practical sessions for UG and PG students.
- Supervise and mentor Assistant Professors, Residents, and Interns.
- Participate in patient care, ward rounds, OPD, and emergency services.
- Guide postgraduate dissertations, thesis work, and research activities.
- Conduct internal assessments, university exams, and viva examinations.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A postgraduate degree in General Surgery (MS).
- 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Skills in communication, attention to detail, decision-making, presentation, and teaching.
