About the Role:
Join Pathfinders Global Private Limited as a Sr. Resident in Ophthalmology and contribute to exceptional patient care.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Conduct practical sessions, ward rounds, and bedside teaching.
- Provide patient care in OPD, IPD, ICU, and emergency.
- Perform and supervise clinical procedures and surgeries as needed.
- Guide postgraduate students in thesis, dissertations, and research.
- Publish research papers in indexed journals as outlined by NMC norms.
- Participate in CMEs, seminars, and academic activities.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A qualification of MD in Ophthalmology.
- 0 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills.
