About the Role: Join Pathfinders Global Private Limited as a Sr. Resident in Ophthalmology in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
What You'll Be Doing: Conduct practical sessions, ward rounds, and bedside teaching. Provide patient care in OPD, IPD, ICU, and emergency. Perform and supervise clinical procedures and surgeries as applicable. Guide postgraduate students in thesis, dissertations, and research work. Publish research papers in indexed journals. Participate in CMEs, seminars, conferences, and academic activities.
Our Ideal Candidate Has: MD in Ophthalmology, with up to 5 years of work experience. Strong communication, attention to detail, and decision-making skills.
