About the Role:
Join Pathfinders Global Private Limited as a Sr. Resident in Ophthalmology, located in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Conduct practical sessions, ward rounds, and bedside teaching.
- Provide patient care in OPD, IPD, ICU, and emergency settings.
- Perform/supervise clinical procedures and surgeries as applicable.
- Guide postgraduate students in thesis, dissertations, and research work.
- Publish research papers in indexed journals as per NMC norms.
- Participate in CMEs, seminars, conferences, and academic activities.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- MD in Ophthalmology.
- 0 to 5 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, patient counseling, and decision-making skills.
