About the Role:
As a Nurse Incharge, you will play a pivotal role in supervising and coordinating daily nursing activities to ensure high-quality patient care.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supervise and coordinate daily nursing activities in the assigned ward/unit.
- Ensure adherence to nursing protocols and excellent patient care.
- Prepare and manage staff duty rosters and shift allocations.
- Monitor nursing documentation, medication administration, and patient safety.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards and hospital policies.
- Collaborate with doctors and other departments for effective patient care.
- Mentor nursing staff, ensuring discipline and professional conduct.
- Monitor ward inventory and report shortages.
- Address patient concerns promptly and professionally.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and training programs.
