About the Role: Join Pacific OneHealth as an Oncology Staff Nurse, specializing in providing nursing care to oncology patients.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to oncology patients.
- Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other cancer treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patients for treatment-related side effects and adverse reactions.
- Assess patients' health status and record vital signs.
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and self-care.
- Manage IV therapy, central lines, and vascular access devices.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Follow infection prevention and oncology care protocols.
- Collaborate with oncologists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A BSc in Nursing.
- Skills in patient communication, problem solving, and clinical decision-making.
- Up to 5 years of experience in a clinical setting.
