About the Role:
We are seeking an Orthopaedic Surgeon to join the Career Strides Consultancy team in Barmer, Rajasthan.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and treat patients with orthopaedic and musculoskeletal disorders.
- Perform elective and emergency orthopaedic surgeries, including trauma and joint procedures.
- Conduct pre-operative evaluations and plan appropriate surgical or conservative management.
- Manage post-operative care, rehabilitation, and long-term follow-up of patients.
- Handle complex trauma cases and orthopaedic emergencies.
- Interpret radiological investigations and other diagnostic reports accurately.
- Lead and supervise residents, junior doctors, and orthopaedic staff.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A Master's degree in Orthopaedics (MS Orthopaedic).
- 0 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong decision-making and communication skills, along with excellent team-working abilities.
