What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide emergency resuscitation and manage cardiac arrest situations.
- Coordinate with specialists across various fields (cardiology, neurology, surgery, nephrology) for multidisciplinary care.
- Supervise junior residents, interns, and nursing staff in the ICU.
- Maintain precise clinical documentation and ICU records, ensuring adherence to protocols and patient safety guidelines.
- Participate in teaching, training, and academic discussions.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A DM in Critical Care Medicine.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and team leadership skills.
