About the Role:
As a Staff Nurse, you will provide critical nursing care to patients in our ICU. Your expertise will be vital in monitoring and maintaining patient vitals and ensuring the highest quality of care.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide nursing care to critically ill patients.
- Monitor vitals (BP, Pulse, SpO2, ECG, etc.).
- Maintain proper documentation and handle ventilators, monitors, and infusion pumps.
- Follow strict infection control protocols and administer medications as prescribed.
- Assist in CPR and emergency procedures while responding promptly to ICU emergencies.
- Work closely with doctors and the ICU team, communicating patient updates as per hospital policy.
