About the Role:
Join the ITM Hospital And Research Center as a General Laparoscopic Surgeon and play a pivotal role in advancing surgical care in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of general surgical conditions.
- Perform laparoscopic (minimally invasive) surgeries such as hernia repair, appendectomy, and cholecystectomy.
- Conduct pre-operative assessments and evaluate patient fitness for surgery.
- Provide post-operative care and monitor patient recovery.
- Manage surgical emergencies and trauma cases.
- Ensure adherence to surgical protocols, safety standards, and infection control practices.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- A Fellowship in Laparoscopic Surgery.
- Strong skills in patient counseling, problem-solving, critical care management, and diagnostic skills.
