About the Role:
Join our team as a Consultant Ophthalmologist, where you'll be at the forefront of ensuring exemplary patient care.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Examine, diagnose, and treat patients with eye disorders.
- Perform comprehensive eye examinations using ophthalmic equipment.
- Prescribe medications, spectacles, and treatment plans.
- Conduct ophthalmic surgeries according to specialization and hospital privileges.
- Manage OPD, IPD, and emergency patient care, while also providing follow-up consultations.
- Counsel patients regarding their diagnoses, treatment options, and post-operative care.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
- Participate in OT schedules, ward rounds, and emergency duties.
- Uphold NABH guidelines and patient safety protocols.
- Collaborate with optometrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Engage in CMEs and clinical audits for ongoing professional development.
