About the Role:
Join Pathfinders Global Private Limited as a Sr. Resident in Microbiology, where you will supervise laboratory work and guide students.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supervise microbiology laboratory work including bacteriology, virology, mycology, parasitology, and immunology.
- Guide UG and PG students, including supervision of PG dissertations.
- Participate in hospital infection control activities and antimicrobial stewardship programs.
- Conduct research and publish papers as per NMC requirements.
- Assist in curriculum planning and academic development activities.
- Conduct internal assessments and participate in university examinations.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- DNB in Microbiology with 0 to 5 years of work experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and teach others.
