About the Role:
Join our esteemed team as a Registrar in Anaesthesiology at Neotia Getwel Healthcare Centre, located in Siliguri, West Bengal. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care during surgical procedures.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist consultants in administering anesthesia during surgeries and procedures.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and manage perioperative care.
- Participate in preoperative assessment and postoperative recovery.
- Maintain accurate records of anesthesia procedures and medications.
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to anesthetic protocols.
- Engage in academic discussions, case presentations, and CMEs.
- Supervise junior residents and support nursing staff.
