About the Role:
As a Gastroenterologist at Pathfinders Global Private Limited, you will provide expert diagnosis and medical management for gastrointestinal disorders.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform advanced endoscopic procedures including colonoscopy, ERCP, and gastroscopy.
- Lead multidisciplinary team discussions with surgeons, radiologists, and hepatologists.
- Supervise, mentor, and train junior doctors and medical students.
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Develop and implement clinical guidelines and quality improvement initiatives.
- Participate in research and academic teaching in gastroenterology.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- DM Gastroenterology degree.
- 0 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
