About the Role: Join our team as a Critical Care Nurse at Yashoda Medicity in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, and make a significant impact in patient care.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs such as heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen level, and respiratory rate.
- Provide nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Operate and monitor critical care equipment, including ventilators and cardiac monitors.
- Assist doctors during emergency procedures and critical interventions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are followed.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A Degree in GNM/BSc with 5 to 10 years of work experience in critical care nursing.
- Strong communication skills, clinical decision-making proficiency, and a problem-solving mindset.
