About the Role:
Join Yashoda Medicity as a Ward Nurse, where you will play a critical role in providing exceptional nursing care to patients.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide bedside nursing care to admitted patients in the ward.
- Monitor vital signs such as temperature, pulse, BP, and respiration regularly.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during ward rounds, examinations, and minor procedures.
- Maintain patient records, nursing notes, and proper documentation.
- (As per NMC Norms) If you have 1 to 5 years of experience, you are encouraged to apply.
