About the Role: As a Ward Nurse at Yashoda Medicity, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide bedside nursing care to admitted patients in the ward.
- Monitor vital signs such as temperature, pulse, BP, and respiration regularly.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during ward rounds, examinations, and minor procedures.
- Maintain patient records, nursing notes, and proper documentation.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- Certification as GNM/BSc.
- 1 to 5 years of work experience.
- Strong communication skills and clinical decision-making proficiency.
