About the Role:
As a Nurse at Opal Hospital, you'll play a crucial role in patient care, ensuring the highest standards in a clinical setting.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assess, monitor, and provide nursing care to patients.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and prescribed treatments.
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition.
- Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and healthcare practices.
- Ensure infection control, hygiene, and patient safety protocols are followed.
