About the Role:
We are seeking a Consultant Pathologist to lead our clinical validation and NABL Accreditation process.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Validation: Sign-off on Hematology & Biochemistry reports.
- Microscopy: Review flagged Peripheral Smears & Urine microscopy.
- Quality: Oversee IQC/EQAS & NABL (ISO 15189:2022) documentation.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- MD/DNB in Pathology.
- Valid MMC Registration (Additional Qualification updated).
- Prior experience with NABL audits is a major plus.
- Max 1 existing NABL signatory association (to comply with NABL 112).
