About the Role:
As a Consultant Surgical Gastroenterologist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing patient care through your surgical expertise.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform gastrointestinal surgeries including liver resections, pancreatic surgeries, colorectal surgeries, bariatric procedures, and hepatobiliary surgeries.
- Manage conditions such as GI cancers, gallbladder diseases, hernias, intestinal obstruction, and inflammatory bowel disease requiring surgical intervention.
- Conduct pre-operative assessments and surgical planning.
- Provide post-operative care and manage complications in ICU and wards.
- Handle emergency surgical cases including perforations, obstructions, and GI bleeding.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- MCh in Surgical Gastroenterology.
- 0 to 2 years of work experience in surgical gastroenterology.
- Excellent communication and patient management skills.
- Strong diagnostics and patient care expertise.
