What You'll Be Doing:
- Administer general, regional, and specialized cardiac anesthesia safely and effectively.
- Conduct preoperative assessments of cardiac patients, optimizing anesthetic risk management.
- Monitor intraoperative hemodynamics and cardiac function, manage the use of cardiopulmonary bypass.
- Lead and mentor junior cardiac anesthetists and OT staff.
- Manage perioperative complications such as arrhythmias and hypotension.
- Collaborate with cardiac surgeons and critical care teams to ensure patient safety.
