What You'll Be Doing:
- Administer general, regional, and specialized cardiac anesthesia safely and effectively.
- Conduct preoperative assessment of cardiac patients to optimize anesthetic risk management.
- Monitor intraoperative hemodynamics and cardiac function.
- Lead and mentor junior cardiac anesthetists, residents, and OT staff.
- Manage perioperative complications, including arrhythmias, hypotension, and bleeding.
- Collaborate with cardiac surgeons, perfusionists, and critical care teams.
