About the Role: Join Pathfinders Global Private Limited as a Consultant in Gastroenterology, contributing to advanced patient care in our Kanpur location.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide expert diagnosis, medical management, and endoscopic treatment for gastrointestinal disorders.
- Perform advanced endoscopic procedures including colonoscopy, ERCP, and gastroscopy.
- Lead multidisciplinary team discussions with surgeons, radiologists, and hepatologists.
- Supervise, mentor, and train junior doctors, residents, and medical students.
- Ensure patient safety, adherence to clinical protocols, and high-quality care.
- Develop and implement clinical guidelines and quality improvement initiatives.
- Participate in research, publications, and academic teaching in gastroenterology.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- A DM in Gastroenterology and between 0 to 5 years of work experience.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
- A strong commitment to patient care.
