About the Role:

Join our team as an Orthopaedic Surgeon at Career Strides Consultancy in Kashipur, Uttarakhand.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Diagnose and treat patients with orthopaedic and musculoskeletal disorders.
• Perform elective and emergency orthopaedic surgeries, including trauma and joint procedures.
• Conduct pre-operative evaluations and plan appropriate surgical or conservative management.
• Manage post-operative care, rehabilitation, and long-term follow-up of patients.
• Handle complex trauma cases and orthopaedic emergencies.
• Interpret radiological investigations and other diagnostic reports accurately.
• Lead and supervise residents, junior doctors, and orthopaedic staff.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• A Master's degree in Orthopaedics.
• 0 to 5 years of work experience in the field.
• Excellent team working, decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
